Fee schedule for 2023

We know that everyone has a budget. That’s why we want to be upfront about how much we charge for legal services by providing you with our fee schedule.

Please note that each Client is unique. The attached fee schedules are for estimation purposes only.

If you would like to get a quote, please contact us or schedule your initial call. This initial call is free and serves to evaluate if the Client and the firm are the right fit for each other.



Attorney’s rate is $350.00 per hour.
Staff rate is $150.00 per hour.

  • Attorney supervised non-probate transfer of assets

  • Conservatorships for disabled adults
  • Guardianships of minor children

Deposit (“retainer”) amount will be determined at the time of the Strategy Session, based on the legal issues presented. Monthly bills are issued for the duration of the representation and the deposit amount is used to pay the final invoice.

Legal Strategy Session (1 hour) – $350.00
A legal Consultation is required for most services provided.

Power of Attorney – $500.00

Estate Planning Packages (see chart)

Our attorney will work with you to create a plan that is best to meet your goals.  Estate plans can be will-based or trust-based.  Our will-based plans begin at $1,500 per person and trust based plans begin at $4,000. These include documents for incapacity such as powers of attorney.  Our attorney will use time during your strategy session to determine which type of plan is recommended. 

We offer Virtual Estate Planning Packages! 

Care and Savings Assessment starts at $2,500.00
Attorney will assess your medical and financial situation and provide recommendations for  TennCare/Medicaid planning.
