Fee schedule for 2022
We know that everyone has a budget. That’s why we want to be upfront about how much we charge for legal services by providing you with our fee schedule.
Please note that each Client is unique. The attached fee schedules are for estimation purposes only.
HOURLY FEE SERVICES
Attorney’s rate is $350.00 per hour.
Staff rate is $150.00 per hour.

- Attorney supervised non-probate transfer of assets

- Conservatorships for disabled adults
- Guardianships of minor children
Deposit (“retainer”) amount will be determined at the time of the Strategy Session, based on the legal issues presented. Monthly bills are issued for the duration of the representation and the deposit amount is used to pay the final invoice.

ESTATE PLANNING FLAT FEE SERVICES
Legal Strategy Session (1 hour) – $350.00
*A legal Consultation is required for most services provided.
Power of Attorney – $500.00
Living Will / Advance Directive – starts at $350.00
*includes legal advice from the attorney
Last Will and Testament – starts at $1,000.00
Estate Planning Entry Level Package – starts at $1,500.00
*includes Last Will & Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Advance Directive, HIPAA Authorization, and other resources. The firm will provide the notary and witnesses, schedule a signing, and mail copies to loved ones and healthcare providers on the Client’s behalf.
Virtual Estate Planning Entry Level Package – starts at $1,000.00
*includes Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Advance Directive, and HIPAA Authorization. *Documents will be mailed to the Client. The Client is responsible for finding a notary and witnesses.
Care and Savings Assessment – starts at $2,000.00
*Attorney will assess your medical and financial situation and provide recommendations for TennCare/Medicaid planning.
